About the Role
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Shopify Virtual Assistant, Shopify Store Manager, or E-commerce Specialist
- Hands-on experience using the Shopify admin dashboard to edit pages, products, and navigation
- Familiarity with on-page SEO basics (updating product tags, meta descriptions, and adding keywords)
- Strong attention to detail for text edits, content updates, and copy-pasting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to respond quickly
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a disciplined remote workflow
Responsibilities
- Execute basic Shopify store updates, including text modifications, layout tweaks, and banner updates
- Optimize product listings by inserting targeted keywords to improve search engine rankings
- Perform routine content management tasks on Shopify pages as directed
- Remain available as an on-call backup resource for quick 1-to-2-hour support tasks
- Ensure all Shopify storefront changes are highly accurate, professional, and mobile-friendly
