NizSol provides digital consulting, custom software engineering, website development, mobile application design, and artificial intelligence integration services. All deliverables, timelines, and payment structures are governed by individual client contracts and Statements of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All original assets, design tokens, graphics, software algorithms, and layout frameworks developed by NizSol and hosted on this website are the intellectual property of NizSol. Upon full payment of SOW invoices, proprietary rights to custom code built specifically for clients are transferred as defined in SOW agreements.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any malicious code, virus, or automated scraping script. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages or constitute a criminal offense.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for sub-second page performance, maximum security, and high reliability, NizSol provides this website and its information on an “as is” basis. We make no warranty that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free and accept no liability for indirect business losses or service delays.

5. Governing Law
