Overview
NizSol built a production-grade construction management platform that unifies budget tracking, scheduling, material inventory, and blueprint annotation into a single real-time application. Kaleox replaces fragmented spreadsheets and whiteboards with a cohesive, SignalR-powered system deployed on DigitalOcean with Docker and automatic SSL.
Fragmented Construction Operations
Construction project managers and site supervisors struggle with disconnected tools — spreadsheets for budgets, whiteboards for schedules, siloed messaging for approvals. Critical information like blueprints, material requests, and daily logs live across disconnected systems, causing delayed decisions, missed deadlines, and costly material waste.

Unified Real-Time Platform
We engineered a full-stack platform using Next.js 16 and .NET 10 Minimal API, with SignalR providing instant synchronization across all modules. Every stock adjustment, task status change, and daily log update propagates instantly to all connected clients without page refreshes.

Deployment-Hardened Engineering
We adopted a container-first approach with multi-stage Docker builds, deploying a 14.5 MB runtime image behind Nginx with automatic SSL via Let's Encrypt on DigitalOcean.
Multi-Stage Docker Build
Built a production-optimized .NET 10 backend image using multi-stage builds, reducing the final image to 14.5 MB for fast deployments.
Nginx Reverse Proxy
Configured Nginx with WebSocket upgrade headers for SignalR, plus automatic SSL certificate renewal via Certbot.
Database Migrations
Implemented EF Core migrations that auto-apply on container startup, ensuring zero-downtime schema updates.
Background Job Processing
Integrated Hangfire with PostgreSQL backing for recurring tasks like document expiry checks and scheduled reports.
