Overview
NizSol delivered UX design for Triply, a Y Combinator-backed (Winter 2024) operating system for travel agencies across Africa. The platform unifies global payment collection, multi-currency virtual banking, booking tools, accounting, invoicing, and a marketplace into a single SaaS dashboard — removing the fragmented spreadsheets and manual cash-flow tracking that burden 90% of African travel businesses.
Complex Travel Operations, Simplified UX
Triply needed a UX design that could handle the complexity of multi-currency payments, flight ticket issuance, and accounting workflows while remaining intuitive for travel agency staff with varying technical proficiency across emerging markets.
